Hubbard Family Cemetery
(AKA Bennie Hubbard Cemetery)

Submitted by the late Herman Belcher, Jacque Otts and Glenda Foley (Glenda is a descendant of Early and Sarah Hubbard). Additional information submitted by Greg and Charesa Hester and Jim Reed, recorded September 23, 2000.

Location: Bennie Hubbard Cemetery is located T24N, R8E, S21; Off U.S. Hwy #82, near Harmon Community, approx. 3 miles from from Tuscaloosa - Bibb County line. The land for this cemetery was donated to the community by Early C. and Sarah (Smith) Hubbard (Bibb County, Alabama, Deed Book 2, p. 137). It is a well-kept cemetery. There are several graves marked only with a rock. The listing for this cemetery in "Baptists of Bibb County, Alabama, 1817 - 1974," by Howard F. McCord is not complete. Photos were taken of every marker.
