Wood, Daniel Windham, James C. Gardner, Jno W. Thrashier, Malcomb McGrean, Bartley Oden. E. J. _____ vs Isaac Franks - p. 210 Case continued so that jury can be called to assess damages. Harvy and Craig vs James R. Pearce - p. 210 Plaintiffs failed to appear to prosecute their case. Defendant to recover his costs from plaintiffs, Thomas W. Craig and Thomas P. Harvy. J. C. Woodward vs C. P. Dansby - p. 211 Case continued until next term. Felix Shropshur, Administrator of H. Woodruff, vs George Peter and Martin Peter - p. 211 Case continued because of the absence of the plaintiff's attorney. Lipscomb and Henry vs J.
