Defendant entered a plea of guilty and was fined $1.00 and costs.



APRIL 7, 1884

The State vs Thomas Lightsey - Temporary Use of Animal - p. 365
Thos J. Smitherman, prosecutor for the State. Defendant demanded a trial by jury. Bond was set at $100.
