This indenture made this tenth day of July A. D. 1883 witnesseth that I JAMES C. REACH Jr. of the county of Bibb and State of Alabama that for and in consideration of natural love and affection that I bear toward my consort or wife, Thursday Mahala Reach of said county and State aforesaid have and do this day give convey --?-- to my wife THURSDAY MAHALA REACH heirs executors administrators and assigns all that tract or parcel of land viz: the NW ¼ of SW ¼ of section fourteen Township 22, Range 6 West containing Thirty Nine acres to the same more or less also the NE ¼ of he SE ¼ of section Fifteen Township Twenty-two Range Six (6) West and lying in the county of Bibb and State of Alabama and containing (40) forty acres according to the original survey to have to hold said lands herein described unto the said Thursday Mahala Reach her heirs and assigns forever to her own use benefit and --?-- in fee simple this title whereof will warrant and forever defend against all claims of whatsoever.
