Jeremiah REACH, Sr. "do hereby make this my declaration of intention to make legitimate and addopt as my lawful heir Jeremiah ALLEN of the county and state aforesaid who is the son of EUNICE ALLEN." He further declares that he is the father of the said Jeremiah Allen that said Jeremiah Allen is a boy of the age of two years and ten months lacking a few days." Name to be Jeremiah Reach, Jr.
